摊位注册时段2025年4月12号~4月30号,晚上11:59分截止。

因为场地限制原因,Type A & C数量有限。

是的。任何Type A & C 摊主,在2025年5月25号结束时没有付款将自动被视为放弃摊位。放弃的摊位将会让给后补摊主。

是的,所有在第一轮未被选中的申请将自动进入候补名单,并有机会在5月25日之后递补获得摊位。

任何已付款的摊位仅可在付款截止后的15天内申请退款。超过该期限,退款申请将不予受理。摊位预订不可转让给他人。

所有的摊主都可以在2025年10月24日 (星期四),下午1点后进入会场进行前期布置。

不。摊位将经过初步审核后,采取随机抽选制度进行。

摊位报名相关资讯

  • 摊位注册时段2025年4月12号至30号,晚上11:59分截止。
  • 我们将在 2025年5月8号至15号通过电邮联系所有摊主关于摊位的情况(成功抽取或失败),电邮也将同时附上汇款内容和方式。
  • 摊位款项必须在2025年5月25号晚上11:59分之前被我们查收,任何逾期的摊位将会被取消资格然后开放回给候补名单。

重要通知

感谢您有兴趣参加我们的活动!本表格为意向登记表,这意味着并不保证一定能获得摊位。如果您通过抽签被选中,我们将在后续阶段发送确认通知。在申请前,请确保一旦中选,您能够出席活动。

主办方保留将B类(商业)申请者从A类(艺术家/原创)类别重新分类为C类(COSER)的权利。最终的资格认定与分类决定权归主办方所有。

我们遗憾地通知您,除非来自同一组织、社团或公司,严禁摊位共享。如果多个艺术家希望共享摊位,必须是同一注册团体的成员。主办方有权要求申请人提供证明文件或所属关系的相关资料以验证资格。

请确保下方提供的信息准确无误。如因联系方式错误而导致错失任何沟通,主办方将不予负责。如无法联系到中选者,该摊位将转让给下一位成功申请人。

 

A类(艺术家/原创)& B类(商业)& C类(COSER摊位持有者不得销售或展示以下物品

  • 食品与饮料 (食物摊位将在近期开放报名)
  • 盗版或未经授权的商品
    • 非原厂制造的手办或模型。
    • 使用他人作品制作的自制商品(仅允许原创作品)。
  • 敏感内容
    • 涉及宗教、政治或露骨性内容的作品。
    • 摊主需自行判断作品是否合规。主办方有权决定作品是否违反审核标准;一经认定违规,作品将立即禁止展示,相关摊主将被无退款驱逐出场
  • 未经合法途径取得的二手动漫商品 (水货或IP产权贩售限制保护下商品)。
  • 使用如 Dall-E、Stable Diffusion、MidJourney 等程序生成的 AI 画作。

审核与入选相关

所有报名资料将在进入抽签筛选前,经过严格审核。为避免被取消资格,请务必确认报名表中的所有项目均已如实、准确填写。

国际艺术家/创作者/COSER:
请确保您的旅行证件允许您合法参与马来西亚的活动并设摊。
若证件不具备相关权限,则必须持有有效的专业工作准证商务签证,方可在马来西亚合法设摊。

The registration period is between 12 – 30 April 2025.

Yes. All Type A & Type C will have a quota due to location restrictions.

Yes. Any Type A & C booth holders who have not made the payment by the end of  25 May 2025, will automatically be considered to have forfeited their booths. Forfeited booths will be allocated to replacement booth holders.

Any paid booths are refundable only within 15 days after the payment deadline. After this period, refund requests will not be accepted. The reservation cannot be transferred to someone else.

Any booths not selected in the first round will automatically be placed on the waitlist and may have a chance to be offered after 25 May 2025.

All booth holders can enter the venue and start setting up from 2:00PM on 24 October 2025 (Friday).

No. Booths slots are not first-come, first-serve basis and will be curated.

General Info

  • The registration period is between 12 – 30 April 2025.
  • Confirmation email/notice email be sent to your between 8 – 15 May 2025 for the result of booth registration, together with payment information if successfully secured a booth.
  • Booth payment should be made before 25 May 2025, 11:59pm(UTC+8) to avoid booth cancellation.

EVENT GUIDELINES

Thank you for your interest in joining our following event! This form serves as a registration of interest, meaning it DOES NOT guarantee a booth. If you are selected through the ballot, you will receive confirmation at a later stage. Before applying, please ensure that you will be able to attend if you secure a slot.

Organiser reserves the right to reassign Type B- Business applicants from the Type A- Artist/Doujin to Type C- Cosplayer if deemed necessary. Final decisions on eligibility and categorization will be made by the Organiser.

We regret that booth sharing is not allowed, except for individuals from the same organization, club, or company. If multiple artists wish to share a booth, they must be part of the same registered group. The Organiser reserves the right to request supporting documents or proof of affiliation to verify eligibility.

Please ensure that all information provided below is accurate. The organizers will not be responsible for any missed communications due to incorrect contact details. If we are unable to reach a selected participant, the slot will be allocated to the next successful applicant.

 

Type A & Type B & Type C Booth owners must NOT sell or display the following items:

  • Food & beverages (Food booth will open for register later.)
  • Bootlegs & unauthorized merchandise
    • Figures not manufactured by the original maker.
    • Self-made merchandise using others’ artwork (only original creations are permitted).
  • Sensitive content
    • Works depicting religious, political, or explicit sexual content.
    • Booth owners must exercise discretion. The Organiser reserves the right to determine if a work violates censorship standards. If so, it will be immediately banned, and the artist ejected without refund.
  • Parallel-imported or second-hand anime merchandise without authorized.
  • AI-generated artwork using programs such as Dall-E, Stable Diffusion, MidJourney, and the like.

    ELIGIBILITY & SCREENING

    All submissions will be carefully reviewed before proceeding to a randomized selection process. To avoid disqualification, please double-check that all fields in your application form are completed accurately and truthfully.

    For international artists/creators/cosplayers
    Please ensure your travel documentation permits you to legally participate in events and operate a booth in Malaysia. If not, a valid professional permit or business visa is required in order to legally booth within Malaysia.
