由于活动场地限制,我们无法让所有有兴趣的商家们一同同乐活动。希望所有商家能够谅解。我们将会记录没被选中的商家,希望在之后的活动中有机会与你们合作。

我们将会通过电邮/电话通知每一位获选的商业摊摊主,同时附上付款的方式和条件。任何未在限定期限内付款的摊主将被取消摊位资格,被取消的摊位位置将开放给后补摊主。

否,任何已经完成付款的商业摊将不被受理任何形式的退款。唯摊位可以在和我们沟通后进行转让。

否。根据马来西亚法律和维护知识产权,任何翻版或被法律禁止的商品将无法被允许在会场中贩售。

摊位报名相关资讯

  • 摊位注册时段2025年5月1号至7月10号,晚上11:59分截止。
  • 我们将在7月结束前通过电邮联系所有摊主关于摊位的情况(成功抽取或失败),电邮也将同时附上汇款内容和方式。
  • 摊位款项必须在确认入选Email发送后15天内被我们查收,任何逾期的摊位将会被取消资格。

重要通知!

感谢您有兴趣参加我们的活动!本表格为意向登记表,这意味着并不保证一定能获得摊位。如果您通过抽签被选中,我们将在后续阶段发送确认通知。在申请前,请确保一旦中选,您能够出席活动。

主办方保留将B类(商业)申请者从A类(艺术家/同人)类别重新分类为C类(COSER)的权利。最终的资格认定与分类决定权归主办方所有。

我们遗憾地通知您,除非来自同一组织、社团或公司,严禁摊位共享。如果多个艺术家希望共享摊位,必须是同一注册团体的成员。主办方有权要求申请人提供证明文件或所属关系的相关资料以验证资格。

请确保下方提供的信息准确无误。如因联系方式错误而导致错失任何沟通,主办方将不予负责。如无法联系到中选者,该摊位将转让给下一位成功申请人。

摊位持有者不得销售或展示以下物品

  • 食品与饮料
  • 盗版或未经授权的商品
    • 非原厂制造的手办或模型。
    • 使用他人作品制作的自制商品(仅允许原创作品)。
  • 敏感内容
    • 涉及宗教、政治或露骨性内容的作品。
    • 摊主需自行判断作品是否合规。主办方有权决定作品是否违反审核标准;一经认定违规,作品将立即禁止展示,相关摊主将被无退款驱逐出场
  • 未经合法途径取得的二手动漫商品 (水货或IP产权贩售限制保护下商品)。
  • 使用如 Dall-E、Stable Diffusion、MidJourney 等程序生成的 AI 画作。

为维护创作者的原创性与活动质量,摊位仅允许展示和贩售原创或已被授权之作品。您需于活动首日前至少14天提交包含图片的最终商品列表给主办方审核。

No. Due to the limited number of spots available, we will review and choose the booths in order of application.

Due to event space limitations, we are unable to have all interested merchants participate with us. We will keep track of the businesses that are not selected and hope to have the opportunity to work with you in future events. Thank you for your understanding.

We will notify each selected merchants via email/phone along with payment terms and conditions. Any merchants who fails to pay within the limited period will be disqualified and the disqualified slot will be offered to subsequent merchants.

No, any commercial booths that have completed payment will not be accepted for any kind of refund. However, booth slots can be transferred after communicating with us.

No. Under Malaysian law and to protect intellectual property rights, any reproduction or legally prohibited items will not be allowed to be sold in the venue.

General Info

  • The registration period is between 1 May – 10 July 2025.
  • Confirmation email/notice email be sent to your before end of July for the result of booth registration, together with payment information if successfully secured a booth.
  • Booth payment should be made 15 days after confirmation email to avoid booth cancellation.

EVENT GUIDELINES

Thank you for your interest in joining our following event! This form serves as a registration of interest, meaning it DOES NOT guarantee a booth. If you are selected through the ballot, you will receive confirmation at a later stage. Before applying, please ensure that you will be able to attend if you secure a slot.

Organiser reserves the right to reassign Type B- Business applicants from the Type A- Artist/Doujin to Type C- Cosplayer if deemed necessary. Final decisions on eligibility and categorization will be made by the Organiser.

We regret that booth sharing is not allowed, except for individuals from the same organization, club, or company. If multiple artists wish to share a booth, they must be part of the same registered group. The Organiser reserves the right to request supporting documents or proof of affiliation to verify eligibility.

Please ensure that all information provided below is accurate. The organizers will not be responsible for any missed communications due to incorrect contact details. If we are unable to reach a selected participant, the slot will be allocated to the next successful applicant.

If you have been short-listed via artwork review, you will be contacted by a representative of JCOS Club/Junboku Event for a follow-up. We regret to inform you that only selected participants will be notified.

Booth owners must NOT sell or display the following items:

  • Food & beverages
  • Bootlegs & unauthorized merchandise
    • Figures not manufactured by the original maker.
    • Self-made merchandise using others’ artwork (only original creations are permitted).
  • Sensitive content
    • Works depicting religious, political, or explicit sexual content.
    • Booth owners must exercise discretion. The Organiser reserves the right to determine if a work violates censorship standards. If so, it will be immediately banned, and the artist ejected without refund.
  • Parallel-imported or second-hand anime merchandise without authorized.
  • AI-generated artwork using programs such as Dall-E, Stable Diffusion, MidJourney, and the like.

    To ensure the integrity of creators and the quality of the event, only original or authorized artwork may be exhibited and sold at Cosplay Hub booths. A Final Product List (with images) must be submitted to the Organiser at least 14 days before the first day of the event.
